Delacroix - Self Portrait
Delacroix was one of the few artists to keep a diary. I have an old pre-war copy and its lovely to dip into its pages and listen to the voice of Delacroix himelf, grumbling about other artists, jotting down notes on colour compositions, and generally being very normal.

Welcome to ArtistsAnon - a website that tries to help new artists, regardless of their skill level. It is written by an artist who has also suffered problems with paint, who has also exerienced failure on a regular basis, who has also been very jealous of other people's artistic abilities.
NEW: I've started a regular blog, click here to see it.
The site is split into two main sections: Demos and Articles. Demos are where I take you through my painting processes step-by-step. Articles are where I rattle on about something to do with art.
